根据钢纤维增强机理的各种理论,诸如纤维间距理论,复合材料理论和微观断裂理论,可以确定钢纤维的增好效果,主要取决于基体强度(fm),纤维的长径比(钢纤维长度l与直径d的比值,即I/d),纤维的体积率(钢纤维混凝土中钢纤维所占体积百分数),纤维与基体间的粘结强度(τ),以及钢纤维在基体中的分布和取向(η)的影响。当钢纤维混凝土破坏时,大都是纤维被拔出而不是被拉断,因此改善纤维与基体间的粘结强度是改善钢纤维增好效果的主要控制因素之一。 我司生产的胶粘成排钢纤维,抗拉强度均大于1100mpa
